Ingredients for making Cheese Noodle Pancakes:

  1. 250 grams of spaghetti
  2. Mozzarella or feta cheese to taste

  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1/2 chopped onion (optional)
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. oil for frying

How to make Cheese Noodle Pancakes:

  • Put water with salt and oil to boil. When it is boiling, cook the spaghetti and leave them there until they are soft and remove them from the water. Put oil in a pan and heat. In a deep bowl, mix the spaghetti, eggs, flour, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Later, when the mixture is ready, the pancakes are formed and they are put in the pan that we had previously heated. Fry until golden brown. You can accompany them with meat, fish, with a fresh salad or simply eat them alone.
