Ingredients to make canned tuna lasagna:
- 6 lasagna plates
- 4 cans of tuna
- 3 bell peppers (green, red and yellow)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can of crushed tomato
- 1 bottle of béchamel (400ml)
- grated cheese
- oil
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Canned Tuna Lasagna:
- The plates are soaked, so that the water covers them. We put the oven to heat to 180ºC.
- In a frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic and chopped peppers and add the crushed tomato, letting everything cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the tuna from the cans without the oil and mix all the filling.
- In a container we put 2 sheets of sheets for lasagna and we pour half of the previous mixture on top. Then we put another two plates, add the rest of the filling and put two more plates back.
- We generously put the béchamel on top and the pepper to taste on the canned tuna lasagna.
- Finally, we put the grated cheese on top and we put the canned tuna lasagna in the oven for 20 minutes until it is well gratin
