Ingredients to make Catalan Casserole Noodles:

  1. 350 grams of nº4 fat noodles
  2. 250 grams of pork ribs
  3. 200 grams of sausage
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 piece of green pepper
  6. 150 grams of crushed tomatoes
  7. 1 dessert spoon of Nora meat
  8. 100 grams of peas (can be frozen or canned)
  9. 1 liter of meat or vegetable broth
  10. 1 splash of olive oil
  11. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Catalan Casserole Noodles:

  • Cut the ribs and the sausage and salt both ingredients to taste.
  • Put a casserole on the fire with a jet of oil. When it is hot, add the ribs and brown the mon the outside over high heat so that they are sealed. Take them out and reserve them.

  • Add the noodles to the casserole and let them cook until they are tender or to the taste of each one. Approximately, they will take about 10-12 minutes to be ready, although this may vary depending on the manufacturer. The point of the broth will also be to taste, since the Catalan-style noodles can be made soupy or a little dry. If necessary, you can add more brother or water.
  • Add the peas if they are frozen, if they are fresh you will have to add them in the previous step along with the rib. Let everything cook together until the peas are ready.
