Ingredients to make Catalan Macaroni:
- 300 grams of macaroni
- 2 eggs
- ¼ liter of milk
- 100 grams of Emmental cheese
- 1 deciliter of meat broth
- 30 grams of butter

How to make Catalan Macaroni:
- Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water for 6 minutes or whatever the container where the macaroni comes from is indicated.
- Once cooked, cool them under running cold water and let them drain in the pasta drainer for 1 minute.
- Place the drained macaroni in a dish suitable for the oven and greased with butter. Pour a mixture made up of the 2 beaten eggs, milk, and cheese and meat broth over them.
- Place in the preheated oven at 200ºC until the top is gratin. We serve immediately in the same source or in individual dishes.
