Ingredients to make Stuffed Focaccia:

- 4 tablespoons olive oil

How to make Stuffed Focaccia:
- Place the flour in a bowl and in the center the yeast dissolved in the warm water.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt.
- Knead with your hands for approximately 5 minutesuntil you get the dough for the focaccia.
- Let it rest covered and in a warm environment for 30 minutes.
- When the dough has risen, separate it into two halves.
- Oil a mold of approximately 30 by 30 cm and place one of the halves of the dough in it.
- Spread it out with your fingers until it covers the entire base.
- Place the cubed cheeses, the sliced tomatoes, the pitted black olives and the basil in the focaccia dough.
- Salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
