How to make Stuffed Cannelloni:
- In a saucepan, cook 1 liter of water with two tablespoons of oil and 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
- When it starts to boil, add the cannelloni one by one and cook for the time indicated on the package.
- When the pasta is cooked, take it out and place it in a container with cold water. Remove the cannelloni from the water, and let them drain on a clean cloth.
- In a frying pan, sauté the minced meat and season, stirring. Then add the tomato sauce and let cool.
- In a bowl over low heat, put 50 grams of butter and let it melt, then add two tablespoons of flour, mixing the flour and butter very well.
- Then slowly add hot milk.
- Stir until we have a sauce that is neither too thick nor too light, to the taste of each one.
- Put a pinch of salt
- Fill the cannelloni and put them on a plate or baking dish. Cover them with béchamel and sprinkle them with grated cheese
- Bake for 8 minutes in a strong oven
