Ingredients to make Spirals with salmon:
- 200 grams of smoked salmon
- 200 grams of pasta spirals
- ½ unit of chives
- 200 cubic centimeters of Cream or liquid cream
- 1 chive unit
- 1 dessert spoon of Margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 cubic centimeters of Oil
How to make Salmon Spirals:
- Put the spirals to boil, place the margarine and the finely chopped chives in a pan separately, and fry them.
- When it is transparent (you do not have to brown it) add the smoked salmon in slices (the amount is according to taste, the normal thing is two slices per person).
- Sauté a little, barely a minute and add the pasta that will have been cooked previously, in salted water.
- Add the cream and let it boil for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Remove and place in a dish and sprinkle the chopped chives on top.
