Ingredients to make Spirals with sausages and mushrooms:
- 350 grams of spirals (curly pasta)
- 250 grams of sausage
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Spirals with sausages and mushrooms:
- Clean and chop the mushrooms.
- Crumble the meat from the sausages.
- Put on the fire, without oil, a non-stick frying pan with a bottom.
- Add the shredded sausages and brown well.
- Add the wine and cook for about five minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and minced garlic to the pan, mix and season.
- Cover the container and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta, as usual, and drain.
- Add it to the pan with the mushrooms and sausages and stir for a few minutes.
- Before turning off the heat, season with the oil and the chopped parsley.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and pepper.
