Broccoli Pasta Recipe

A perfect recipe for dinner or lunch on the weekend. Broccoli pasta will become one of your favorites and remember that you can always use the type of pasta that you like best.

Ingredients to make Pasta with broccoli:

  1. 80 grams of feathers or short pasta
  2. ½ unit of broccoli
  3. 1 tablespoon butter
  4. ¼ unit of onion
  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. milk cream
  7. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  8. grated cheese

How to make Pasta with Broccoli:

  • Cook the pasta and broccoli separately with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Check the pasta maker’s instructions for making the pasta al dente. As for the broccoli, remember not to cook it for more than 7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and onion. When everything is ready, drain the paste, add a splash of oil so that it does not stick and reserve.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic, when they start to turn transparent, add the pieces of broccoli and sauté everything together. Correct the seasoning with a little salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Add the sauce to the pot with the hot pasta and stir everything with a little heavy cream. The amount is to taste.
  • Serve the pasta with broccoli and decorate each plate with some finely chopped parsley and grated cheese. And if you want to vary the main ingredient you can also prepare a delicious zucchini pasta dish.
