Ingredients to make Broccoli Ravioli:
- 400 grams Flour for noodles
- 4 eggs
Filling:
- 1 package Broccoli
- 50 grams Cooked Ham
- 50 grams Cheese (to your liking)
- Breadcrumbs sufficient amount.
How to make Broccoli Ravioli:
- Prepare the dough as usual for egg noodles.
- Blanch the broccoli English style (in boiling water for one to two minutes and cool in an inverted water bath)
- Process the ingredients for the filling, adding breadcrumbs until obtaining a mixture with little moisture.
- Roll out the dough to the desired thickness; fill using a pastry spatula, cut with a ravioli mold.
- Sprinkle the ravioli with semolina, cornmeal or breadcrumbs (to prevent them from sticking to each other).
- Boil until desired cooking and serve with tomato sauce to your liking.
