Ingredients to make Chinese Burmese Noodles:
- 400 gr of Chinese egg noodles.
- 1 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast.
- 150 gr of Ham in Squares.
- 3 Onions.
- 3 Crushed Garlic Teeth.
- 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce.
- 1 Celery Trunk in Slices.
- 200 gr of White Chinese Cabbage in Thin Strips.
- 150 gr of Carrot in Thin Strips.
- 500 gr of Peeled Prawns.
- Black pepper.
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil.
How to make Burmese Noodles:
- We will prepare the noodles as indicated by the package where they come. Normally they are prepared by putting them in boiling water, which we will remove from the heat once we put the noodles inside, and let them rest for 4 or 5 minutes and then drain and reserve.
- Once we have the noodles ready, we are going to prepare the rest of the ingredients to have them ready when we put the wok on the fire. Chop the ham and onion into small squares, the carrot and white Chinese cabbage into fine strips, the chicken breast into small strips, and the slicedcelery and crush the garlic.
- We put the Wokon the fire with the 3 tablespoons of oil. Add the onion and crushed garlic and cook until the onion is soft. When the onion is ready, add the chicken and stir. When the chicken takes color, add the soy sauce, cover and leave over medium heat until the chicken is tender.
- The chicken is on point. Add the celery, cabbage, carrot and leave another 3 or 4 more minutes.
- Add the prawns, ham and pepper to taste and leave until the prawns are done.
- To finish, add the noodles, stir for about 3 minutes and the dish will be ready.
