Spinach Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients to make Spinach Lasagna:

  • 1/2 kilo of spinach leaves

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/4 cups Fontina cheese
  • 250 gr. lasagna pasta
  • salted
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 egg yolk
  • for the willow
  • 1/2 cup of milk cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 sliced ​​tomatoes

How to make Spinach Lasagna:

  1. Cook the Lasagna sheets in abundant salty water; when al dente, drain and bathe with fresh tap water. Chop and reserve.
  2. Mix the cooked spinach with the nutmeg, salt and pepper; add the cream, garlic, yolk and cheese.
  3. On a lightly greased Pyrex or pretty baking sheet layer the spinach and lasagna mixture.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Mix the cream with the beaten egg and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drizzle over the Lasagna.
  6. Arrange tomato slices and the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top of the Lasagna.
  7. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes until golden.
