Ingredients to make Spaghetti with tuna cream:

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 600 grams of Spaghetti

  • 3 stick of Butter
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 250 milliliters of Milk Cream or Cream
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 150 grams of Manchego cheese in squares
  • 1 pinch of fine herbs
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Spaghetti with tuna cream:

  1. The first step to prepare this delicious pasta dish is to cook the spaghetti in the traditional way, with boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Separately, bring a saucepan to the heat and melt the butter to fry the onion, previously chopped very finely.
  3. When the onion is transparent, add the shredded tuna along with the milk.
  4. Leave over medium heat until it starts to boil, then add the tomato and mix everything.
  5. Season with fine herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lower the flame to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it boils.
  7. At that point, continue stirring and cookingfor about 10 minutes.
  8. Finally, add the Manchego cheese to the creamy tuna sauce and stir.
  9. Serve the pasta and cover with the sauce.
