Spaghetti with shrimp and cream are a delicious, practical and above all, cheap dish that will leave everyone speechless. The sensation of the milk cream and the shrimp is simply delicious, you will not regret it!

Ingredients to make Spaghetti with shrimp and cream:

  • 1 jet of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 280 grams of Shrimp
  • 1 unit of Pearl Onion
  • 1 unit of Tomato Kidney
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cup of Milk Cream (200 milliliters)
  • 200 grams of Spaghetti

How to make Spaghetti with shrimp and cream:

  1. In a frying pan, fry the diced pearl onion with salt to taste and a little oil until crystal clear
  2. When you are about to undo the pearl onion, grate the kidney tomato, which has to be large, very red and ripe, sift and pour into the sauce.
  3. Next, add the shrimp to the sauce, previously well washed and peeled.
  4. Once the shrimp are cooked. Add the milk creamand let it boil until it thickens.
  5. Before turning off, add the chopped celery and leave it on the heat for a couple of minutes. Correct the seasoning if necessary.
  6. Separately, cook the spaghetti, or the type of pasta of your choice, in the traditional way with boiling water and salt.
  7. You can add a few basil leaves to the cooking water.
  8. Finally serve the pasta and bathe with the sauce.
  9. You can decorate the spaghetti with shrimp and creamwith a few shrimp alone or a few basil leaves.
  10. Accompany with Parmesan cheese and some homemade bread
