  1. 250 grams of flour
  2. 125 milliliters of beer
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 pinch of salt

How to make Beer Pizza Dough:

  • To start with this crispy unleavened pizza dough put the flour and salt in a bowl, mix. Make a hole in the center and put the two tablespoons of olive oil and the beer.
  • With the help of a spoon or spatula, knead everything until all the ingredients are well mixed. It will be sticky dough.
  • Take the dough out to the counter, sprinkle a little flour and continue to knead with your hands until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  • Shape the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl and cover the dough with a cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes
  • After this time, put the dough on the counter and knead for a couple of minutes. Go stretching it with a rolling pin until it is as thick as you like and give it its traditional circular shape. A pizza of about 27-30 cm will come out. This dough no longer rises in the oven.
  • Put the oven at 200ºCwith heat up and down. Put the dough on a pizza plate for the oven. At this point, you can put the dough in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or put the ingredients and brown everything at the same time.
  • To get crispy pizza dough, it’s best to put the dough in a few minutes before then fill it up and put it back in the oven.
  • Take the yeast-free pizza dough out of the oven, top it with your favorite filling, and pop it in the oven until golden and crisp.
  • Once the homemade pizza is golden, remove it from the oven and serve immediately before it gets cold.
