Ingredients to make Bows Bolognese:
- 150 grams of bows

How to make Bows Bolognese:
- Finely chop the onion and carrots.
- Put about 2 teaspoons of oil in a large saucepan or skillet and sauté the onion with the paprika and carrots until the onion becomes transparent. Add the 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, and let it sauté for 1 more minute.
- We put the minced meat in the saucepan or frying pan and divide it into pieces with a wooden spoon, while we let it cook for about 3 more minutes. We add the tomato sauce, the sugar and the spices that we have and like, in this case we have added paprika and, but you can omit some if you don’t like it or don’t have it on hand. Mix everything well and stir.
- Meanwhile, we put water to boil in another container, add a little salt and cook the bows according to the instructions.
- When they are al dente, pass the bows through a strainer and reserve a little of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the Bolognese sauce and stir well. If the sauce is very thick, we can add the cooking water that we have reserved.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, stir well and serve hot, adding a little grated cheese to taste.
