Ingredients to make Noodles Bolognese:
- 400 gr. of noodles
- ½ kg. minced meat
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- ½ l. tomato sauce
- 1 glass of white wine
- extra virgin oil
- Hojiblanca
- salted
- basil
- Pepper
- parsley
How to make Noodles Bolognese:
- Chop the onion and carrots finely and sauté them in a pan with a little oil.
- Clean the celery and incorporate it
- When golden, add the white wine, basil and tomato sauce.
- Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan put plenty of water to cook.
- When it starts to boil, season it, add a splash of oil and add the noodles.
- Let cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the paste, refresh it and reserve it.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper, fry it briefly and add it to the tomato casserole.
- Stew for 2-3 minutes.
- Sauté the noodles in a pan with a little oil.
- Serve them in a bowl and the Bolognese sauce on top.
- Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
- When the pasta is undercooked it does not have a good flavor and its consistency is similar to chewing gum, overcooked it is too soft.
- If you don’t have much experience, it’s a good idea to try it often to find out if it’s ready.
