Noodles are a type of pasta that you can make in a thousand different ways and with all the ingredients you want because they combine well with a multitude of flavors. In this recipe that we teach you we explain how to make original baked noodles with aborigines, olives, eggs, ham and cheese.
Ingredients to make Baked Noodles:
- 400 grams of noodles
- 3 egg
- 100 grams of Ham
- 15 pitted black olives
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 kilogram of Eggplants
- 3 tablespoons of Oil
- oil for frying
How to make Baked Noodles:
- The first thing you have to do to prepare this recipe for baked noodles is to cook them. To do this, put water to boil with a little salt and when it reaches the boiling point, cook the noodles for about 8-10 minutes, until they are al dente
- Meanwhile, do the same with the eggs, and cook them for about 12 minutes in boiling water until they are hard.
- Next, peel the aborigines, cut them into square pieces and fry them in abundant oil. Once they are done, drain the fried aborigines well to remove excess oil.
- Then cut the ham into small squares and cut the olives in half.
- Then take a baking tray and place a layer of aborigines on the base with half the ham, half the olives and an egg and a half cut into slices. Top it with half the cooked noodles and half the cheese. And then repeat the same operation again until the noodles are finished.
- Finally, preheat the oven to 200ºC, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese and spread a little oil over the entire tray. Then bake the noodles for about 15-20 minutes or until they are well gratin.
- Trick: If you want you can add a lot more cheese on top to gratin them.
