Ingredients to make pickled anchovies:
- 1 kilo of anchovies
- 1 splash of vinegar
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 spice cloves
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 150 ml of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make pickled anchovies:
- Clean the fish by removing the head and guts.
- Season, pass through flour and fry in abundant oil.
- We reserve it while we make the marinade.
- In a saucepan, brown the whole garlic with about 5 tablespoons of oil set it aside and adds the pepper, cloves, paprika, wine and vinegar.
