- 12 lemon juice
- 1 sprig of coriander
- 6 yellow peppers in puree
- 1 yellow chili pepper
How to make Tiradito of Peruvian sole:
- Cut the fish into slices and stretch it out on a plate.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a pot and cover the fish with this sauce.
