Ingredients to make Pepper Salmon:

  • 600 g of salmon in taco.
  • Half a glass of fish brother.
  • Half a glass of red wine (optional).
  • 20g of butter.
  • 20g of margarine.
  • 20 g of flour.
  • 10 g of chopped onion.
  • 50 g of green pepper.

How to make Pepper Salmon:

  1. Sauté the onions with the margarine and sprinkle with the green pepper.
  2. Later, we add the butter, the fish broth and optionally the red wine.
  3. Let boil and flavor with a little mustard.
  4. Strain the willow and rectify the salt.
  5. Cut the salmon into cubes and cook it on the grill.
  6. When it is done, we serve accompanied by a little green pepper sauce on top.
