We love Asian cuisine and Japanese noodle recipes, especially since they are very exotic and flavorful dishes, like curry noodles.

The oriental recipe that we have prepared is healthy, light and easy to prepare. It is a stir-fry of vegetables seasoned with a curry sauce, prawns and Japanese soba noodles. We really liked the mix of Japanese cuisine with a touch of curry, original from India.

We tell you how to prepare these noodles with curry prawns. Take paper and pencil! And enjoy this culinary delight.

Ingredients to make Noodles with curry prawns:

  • 2 units of Carrot
  • 1 unit of chives
  • ½ unit of yellow pepper
  • ½ unit of red pepper
  • ½ unit of green pepper
  • 2 units of tomato
  • 1 dessert spoon of curry powder
  • 220 grams of Noodles
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Shrimp Curry Noodles:

  1. We gathered all the ingredientsto prepare our Japanese soba noodles recipe.
  2. Sauté the vegetableswith 3 tablespoons of olive oil: add the julienned spring onion and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Next, we add the peppers cut into strips and let them cook over low heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Finally, we incorporate the peeled and cut carrot into little sticks. We cook another couple of minutes
  4. Add thepeeled and diced tomatoes. Add a little salt and let them cook for another 6-8 minutes over low heat.
  5. It’s time to add the curry powderto these vegetable noodles. Mix well and let cook for another 3 minutes.
  6. Finally, we peel the prawns and sauté themwith the curried vegetable stir-fry. In a few minutes, when they take color, we remove from the heat
  7. On the other hand, we cook the noodlesin abundant boiling water with a little salt. In our case we have used soba noodles, but remember that you can adapt this recipe to other similar preparations, such as rice noodles.
  8. Tip:The cooking time depends on the manufacturer’s instructions.
  9. Finally, we mix the noodles with the rest of the stir-fry and this dish is ready to eat.
