- 1 cup of cooked lentils
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves (one of them minced)
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup ground oatmeal

How to make Vegan Lentil Meatballs:
1.Sauté the garlic and onion in a little hot oil.
2.When the onion turns transparent, add it to the lentils and mix well.
