Ingredients to make Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms:
- 500 gr. of noodles
- 200 gr. chicken breast
- 200 gr. of mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 glass of chicken broth
- 100 ml. milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 100 gr. Great Captain cheese
- Water
- extra virgin olive oil Hojiblanca
- Salt
- black pepper
- Parsley
How to make Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms:
- Boil the noodles in a pot with plenty of water with a little salt and a drizzle of oil.
- Drain, refresh with water and reserve.
- Clean the mushrooms slice them and brown them in a pan with oil and the garlic cloves.
- Cut the brisket into thin strips.
- Season with salt and pepper and add to the pan along with the mushrooms.
- Add some chopped parsley.
- Once cooked, remove them to a plate and reserve.
- In the same pan, add the flour, cook it briefly and add the broth and milk, stirring constantly.
- Once the cream is made, add the noodles, the mushrooms, the chicken strips and mix well.
- Arrange everything in a bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and gratin in the oven for 3 minutes.
