Ingredients to make Eggplant Noodles:

- 500 g of crushed tomato.
- 2 minced garlic cloves.

- 2 teaspoons basil
- 2 teaspoons of parsley.

How to make Eggplant Noodles:
- Wash and cut the aborigines into slices, without peeling them.
