Ingredients to make Neapolitan Risotto:
- 250 gr arborio rice
- 600 ml vegetable broth
- 3 unit tomatoes
- 1/2 unit white onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 30 gr parmesan cheese
- 15 g butter
- olive oil
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Neapolitan Risotto:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Cut the onion and garlic finely, cook over low heat in olive oil until the onion is translucent, season with salt and pepper.
- Blend the tomato with a little salt, strain and reserve.
- Add tomato juice and rice to pot, mix for 1 minute.
- Add the broth little by little and mix until the rice is al dente, rectify the flavor with salt.
- Finally add the cheese and cold butter to shine, mix.
- Serve and cover with Parmesan cheese.
