Ingredients to make Neapolitan pizza with ham:

  • 1 sheet of Pizza Base
  • 1 can of crushed tomato
  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 4 slices of cooked ham

How to make Neapolitan Pizza with ham:

  1. To make this delicious Neapolitan pizza you can use pre-cooked pizza dough, like the one we have used, or make your own homemade pizza dough
  2. To make the sauce, place the crushed tomato in a bowl and season with salt and oregano to taste.
  3. In addition to these two ingredients, you can add other spices of your choice to give the recipe a personal touch.
  4. Separately, we cut the tomato into thin slices.
  5. We can cut the cooked ham into strips, squares or cut it into larger pieces; you can also buy ham cubes.
  6. On the other hand, peel and finely chop the garlic along with the parsley. You can use one more clove of garlic if you like its flavor.
  7. Mix both ingredients and reserve.
  8. Go turning on the oven to preheat it to 220º C.
  9. Locate the tray for the pizza, spread the doughand spread the entire surface with the tomato sauce that we have prepared.
  10. Leave a couple of centimeters free from the edge.
