Ingredients to make Neapolitan Pizza with anchovies:
- 2 pizza base discs
- 4 ripe tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 14 canned anchovies and their oil
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- a pinch of oregano
- black olives
- fried green pepper strips
- salted
How to make Neapolitan Pizza with anchovies:
- Chop the tomato and spread it on the pizza bases.
- Then sprinkle with oregano and salt.
- Distribute the olives, the drained anchovies and the cheese.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the oil from the anchovies.
- Bake the pizzas over high heat, at about 180º for 25 minutes or so.
- Before serving, garnish with the fried green pepper strips.
