Ingredients to make Neapolitan Pizza:

  • Mass:
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 milliliters of Water
  • 10 grams of fresh yeast
  • Filling:
  • 125 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • 250 grams of Mozzarella
  • 2 units of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 dessert spoons of Parsley
  • 10 units of green olives
  • 20 milliliters of olive oil

How to make Neapolitan Pizza:

  1. We will start our homemade pizzawith the dough.
  2. To do this, place the flour mixed with the pinch of salt on the table and make a hole in the center to give it the shape of a crown.
  3. Take a bowl and pour the water along with the oil and yeast.
  4. Stir everything until the yeast is completely dissolvedand pour the mixture into the center of the flour crown.
  5. Add the ingredients little by little until you get a homogeneous mass.
  6. Knead for 7 minutes on the table, make a ball with the dough and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  7. After the time has elapsed, stretch the doughwith the help of a rolling pin and transfer it to a previously floured baking tray.
  8. Now is the time to fill it out.
  9. Spread the tomato sauceover the pizza base, leaving a 1 cm edge free.
  10. Then, distribute the grated mozzarella all over the place and bake the pizza for 10 minutes at 170ºC. Remove it and cover it with sliced ​​tomatoes.
  11. Add salt to taste, distribute the chopped garlic and parsley.
  12. Add the olives and drizzle the homemade pizza with a drizzle of olive oil.
  13. Bake it for 5 more minutes. Remove the Neapolitan pizzaand serve it.
