  • 2 cups of orange juice
  • 120 grams of long onion
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 80 grams of Almonds
  • 1 dessert spoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Orange Sole:

  1. Our first step to make this nutritious and healthy recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  2. The first thing we are going to do is make the orange sauce for our children’s recipe. To do this, in a pot we add the white wine, the orange juice, the finely chopped long onion, salt, pepper and a little garlic paste. We take this over medium heat until it is reduced by half and the flavors of the preparation are concentrated, we lower the heat to a simmer and add the hydrated cornstarch in a little water so that our sauce thickens. Reserve.
  3. Besides, take a skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once it melts she adds the sole fillets.
  4. Add a little salt, pepper and garlic paste to enhance the flavor of the steaks.
  5. Once the sole fillets are browned on both sides, add the orange sauce, previously passed through a strainer. Let the sauce reduce a little more and turn off the heat.
