How to make Monkfish with paprika:
- In a mortar crush the garlic and when they are well crushed add the paprika and a little salt. Beat this paste with the oil and vinegar.
- Put the monkfish slices in a clay pot and sprinkle the previous mixture on top along with the bay leaf.
