Ingredients to make Lumberjack Spaghetti:
- 90 gr., a can of tuna
- 1 can of mushrooms of 250 gr.
- pitted olives
- 4 zucchini
- 1 cube of meat broth
- oil
- 1 chilli
- 400 gr. of spaghetti
- 1 onion.
How to make Lumberjack Spaghetti:
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
- Put it in a saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and cook over low heat.
- Add the shredded tuna and, after a few minutes, add the mushrooms cut in half, a tip of chilli pepper and the shredded bouillon cube.
- Cook slowly to thicken.
- Meanwhile, fry the zucchini, cut into pieces, in plenty of oil, placing them on a sheet of absorbent paper to absorb excess fat.
- Add them to the sauce, along with the olives.
- Let this sauce rest for a few hours.
- At lunchtime, boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
- Drain them and season them with the sauce that will have been previously heated.
