Ingredients to make Macaroni in black beer sauce:
- 500 grams of macaroni
- 3 onion, finely sliced
- 100 grams of margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 grams of tomato, puree
- 200 grams of beef or beef, the concentrate
- 250 ccs of black beer
- 150 grams of Parmesan cheese
How to make Macaroni in Stout Sauce:
- Melt the margarine together with the garlic.
- Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it crystallizes.
- Then add little by little, joining very well, the tomato puree, then the meat concentrate, cook for 2 or 3 minutes over low heat.
- This sauce should be very thick.
- Get off the heat; add the beer without stirring and cover.
- Then cook the pasta to taste, drain, place on a tray, and cover with the sauce and add the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 5 minutes or until gratin
- Serve hot.
