Ingredients to make MONKFISH SKEWERS:
- 750 gr. snuff
- 4 spoons Vinegar
- 1 spoon sweet paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 spoons Olive oil
- Salt
How to make MONKFISH SKEWERS:
- Prepare a marinade by mixing the oil, paprika, salt, ground pepper, peeled and crushed garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
- Remove the skin and bone from the monkfish, wash it and cut it into cubes.
- Place the fish in a bowl, cover with the marinade, mix well and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Form the skewers, threading 4 or 5 pieces of fish on each skewer.
- Grill the skewers brushing with the marinade halfway through the process.
- Serve very hot, accompanied with salad.
