Monkfish recipe baked with mushrooms

Ingredients to make Monkfish in the oven with mushrooms:

  • 4 skinless monkfish fillets
  • 5 tablespoons of dry white wine
  • 225 grams of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 150 ccs of skimmed milk
  • 30 grams of margarine
  • 1 pinch of onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water

How to make Baked Monkfish with Mushrooms:

  1. Clean the monkfish.
  2. Heat the oven to 180º Celsius (thermostat 4) and bake the monkfish fillets for 15 minutes, with milk, wine and water.
  3. Book.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a saucepan.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir until they have absorbed the margarine.
  6. Add half of the chopped parsley, the lemon juice.
  7. Season with the onion salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  8. Pour over the roasted monkfish.
  9. Sprinkle the nutmeg.
  10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake.
  11. Finish roasting and sprinkle with the rest of the chopped parsley.
  12. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  13. Serve with an addition (garnish) of hot cooked vegetables.
