Ingredients to make Monkfish in the oven with mushrooms:
- 4 skinless monkfish fillets
- 5 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 225 grams of sliced mushrooms
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 150 ccs of skimmed milk
- 30 grams of margarine
- 1 pinch of onion salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of water
How to make Baked Monkfish with Mushrooms:
- Clean the monkfish.
- Heat the oven to 180º Celsius (thermostat 4) and bake the monkfish fillets for 15 minutes, with milk, wine and water.
- Book.
- Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a saucepan.
- Add the mushrooms and stir until they have absorbed the margarine.
- Add half of the chopped parsley, the lemon juice.
- Season with the onion salt and pepper and remove from heat.
- Pour over the roasted monkfish.
- Sprinkle the nutmeg.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake.
- Finish roasting and sprinkle with the rest of the chopped parsley.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
- Serve with an addition (garnish) of hot cooked vegetables.
