Pasta recipe with fish and seafood

Ingredients to make Pasta with fish and seafood:

  • 400 g of pasta (long or short)
  • 1 can of natural tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 5 red pepper
  • 5 zucchini
  • 5 eggplant
  • 25 kg of peeled prawns
  • 25 kg of clams
  • 3 diced hake fillets
  • oil
  • basil
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Pasta with fish and seafood:

  1. Prepare the vegetablesby making a kind of ratatouille with the vegetables, previously washed and cut into small cubes.
  2. We start to fry in this order: onion, pepper, zucchini, eggplant and tomato.
  3. Season it with basil, salt and pepper. We make the pasta with vegetables and seafood in this order because the first vegetables need more cooking time than the following ones.
  4. Once the ratatouille is done, add the fish and prawns to the same pan, except for the clams, which we will boil separately.
  5. We put water to boil and add the clams, and when they open we can remove them. In this same water we put the pasta, so that it has the flavor of seafood.
  6. If we notice that the seafood pasta water has little flavor, we add salt to enhance it.
  7. Combine all the ingredients for the pasta with seafood and fish. Serve and enjoy.
