Beef Ranch Stew Recipe
Ingredients to make Beef Ranch Stew:
- 800 grams of Meat (pace to or tail of rump)
- 2 units of Onion
- 2 units of Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 units of Carrot
- 2 cups of Broth
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch of dry mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Beef Ranch Stew:
Sauté the onion and garlic, finally chopped, in a pan with hot oil, until the onion begins to soften.
The meat is cut into cubes, seasoned and passed through flour.
In the pan, with the onion and garlic, brown the meat. Add the broth and bring to a boil, stirring well.
Transfer the preparation to a saucepan and add the chopped carrots and spices. Cook in the oven until the meat is very tender. Check if the seasoning is right and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
