Making a tuna pie in the microwave was impossible a few years ago, today you can make this quick and easy tuna pie recipe in just a few minutes. I have used the ingredients that you will see below to make this tuna cake and crab sticks in the microwave, but you can use the same ones or others that you prefer. Try this microwave tuna cake without cream and tell us what you think!

Ingredients to make Microwave tuna cake without cream:

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cans of tuna in oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • 10 surimi or crab sticks
  • 4 tablespoons dried tomato
  • Salt
  • 1 jar of stuffed olives

How to make Tuna cake in the microwave without cream:

  1. The first step to make this tuna cake in the microwave without cream is to gather the ingredients we need and cook 2 of the 6 eggs we have so that there are no boiled eggs left to decorate. When they are hard, remove the shell, grate them and reserve them for the end.
  2. To continue with the preparation of the tuna cake and crab sticks in the microwave in a bowl, we take and crack the 4 remaining eggs, add the fried tomato and 4 tablespoons of the mayonnaise that we have (the rest will be for decoration), and We beat everything well until everything is mixed.
  3. Next, we drain the tuna well and add it to the bowl, so the easy tuna cake will not be too oily and will have the right texture. We also add a little salt to taste.
  4. Then we add half of the bottle of olives that we also have drained and the crab sticks cut into pieces to the bowl.
  5. Once we have all the ingredients in the bowl, we crush them well with a blender or electric mixer and place the easy tuna cake mixture in a silicone mold with the shape we want. Then we cover it with transparent film and we make a couple of holes in it with the tip of a knife.
  6. Trick: If you prefer to notice the pieces of the tuna cake, you can crush the mixture less.
  7. We put the tuna cake in the microwave for about 10 minutes and let it rest for a few more inside. If we see that it has not completely curdled, we can add it for another minute each time until we see that it has completely curdled and it is not liquid at all.
  8. Once it is ready, we let it cool a bit and turn it out of the mold on a large plate to decorate it.
  9. Now all that remains is to place a layer of mayonnaise on top, grated hard-boiled eggs and a few stuffed olives on top, and that’s it! Now you can enjoy your tuna cake in the microwave without cream in just over half an hour.
