Ingredients to make Microwave Sardine Casserole:

  • 500 g sardines
  • 250 g red tomatoes
  • 50 gr breadcrumbs
  • 30 gr parsley
  • 50 gr parmesan cheese
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • salted
  • Pepper

How to make Microwave Sardine Casserole:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Blend the tomatoes and strain, add salt and pepper.
  3. In an ovenproof dish, arrange the sardine fillets (without scales or bones), season with salt and pepper and add a few drops of lemon.
  4. Add the tomato juice and another layer of sardines, season and add a few drops of lemon.
  5. Finally add tomato juice, finely chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, place in the microwave oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
