Ingredients to make traditional Puncher:
- 250g Chickpeas
- Water
- 1 piece of beef
- 1 aged rib
- 1 piece of bacon
- 1 marrow bone
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 sausage
- 1 thigh and 1/2 chicken breast
- Salt
How to make Traditional Stew:
1.Soak the chickpeas 12 hours before.
2.Put all the clean and whole ingredients in a pot (the potato in pieces), and cover with water up to the top.
3.Over high heat for the first 1/2 hour, skimming from time to time.
4.Let boil for 2 or 3 hours until the meat is very tender.
