Ingredients to make Tofu with spinach:

  • 150 grams of cornmeal (1¼ cups)
  • 100 grams of Tofu
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 200 milliliters of sunflower oil

How to make Tofu with spinach:

2.First of all, we cut the tofu into squares, put a pinch of salt and coat it with cornmeal.

3.Fry the tofu tacos in plenty of sunflower oil over high heat. When the tofu is golden, we take it out and place it on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

4.In another pan, brown the filleted garlic over low heat so they don’t burn.

5.When they are almost golden, add the chopped onion and let it cook for 4 minutes over low heat. We put a little salt.

6.Then add the fresh spinach, season with salt and pepper and let them reduce in size. In just two minutes they are ready. Finally, we add the fried tofu tacos and let the flavors mix. We remove from the fire.
