Ingredients to make mango salmon:
- 1 pc of salmon loin
- Dip
- 3 mangoes or can of mango in syrup
- Purple Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- habañero pepper
How to make mango salmon:
- Fry the 2 garlic cloves with the red onion (approx. four slices) with the olive oil, pour the above into the blender with the mango pulp and a Chile and a half, this is to taste.
