Parppadelle recipe with vegetables and chicken

  • 1 medium zucchini unit
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 can of crushed tomato (I use the one that comes in a crushed natural can)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 200 grams of Pepperdine
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of Basil
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 unit of chicken breast
  • Parmesan cheese to taste

How to make Parppadelle with vegetables and chicken:

  1. The first step to prepare this pasta recipe is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. To do this, chop the onion finely, while you can cut the zucchini and carrot into julienne strips. The chicken also cut it into cubes or strips, whichever you prefer
  3. Heat a pan with oil and fry the onion, when it starts to become transparent add the carrot and zucchini.
  4. Sauté everything togetherfor a few minutes
  5. Add the chicken to the panand cook for a few minutes.
  6. Then add the tomato along with a little sugar and salt to even out the acidity of the sauce.
  7. Finally add the wine with the rest of the spices and leave over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes until reduced.
  8. Meanwhile, make the pasta in the traditional waywith boiling water and salt for about 7 minutes or following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  9. Then drain and reserve.
  10. Trick:You can use papperdelle or any other type of pasta of your choice
  11. To serve, serve the pasta, add sauce and stir-fry on top and finish with a little Parmesan cheese on top.
