Lasagna is one of the preparations that allow us to combine more different flavors in the same dish. For this reason, in this recipe, we want to teach you how to make it with mushrooms and other ingredients that you can modify to your liking to obtain a unique and exquisite preparation. Ingredients to make Mushroom Lasagna:
- 150 grams of mushrooms
- 1 unit of white onion
- 50 grams of Bacon
- 200 grams of milk
- 60 grams of flour
- 30 grams of Butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 splash of red wine

How to make Mushroom Lasagna:
- Prepare all the ingredients to make the homemade lasagna.
- Cut the onion finely and brown it in a very hot frying pan with a little oil, after 3 minutes add the bacon cut into strips.
- Add the quartered mushroomsand cook for 5 minutes, add a splash of red wine, let the wine reduce and set aside.
- In the same pan we melt the butter and add the flour at once, cook until lumps form.
- Add the milk and mix until you get a sauce, add salt and pepper to taste.
