Ingredients to make light pickled sole:
- 1 kg of boneless filleted sole
- 5 garlic cloves
- A knob of salted butter
- Spices: hot paprika and oregano
- A cup of apple cider vinegar
How to make light pickled sole:
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Paint a baking dish with olive oil and place the fish.
- Mix the chopped garlic, a teaspoon of oregano and the vinegar in a bowl and pour it over the fish, brush the fillets with butter and put in the oven at 200º for about 15 min.
- A few minutes before removing it from the oven, sprinkle with paprika.
- You already have it, it’s fast, healthy and low in fat.
