Ingredients to make light tuna burgers:

  • 2 cans of Tuna in water
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 units of hamburger bread
  • 1 unit of red tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • ½ unit of white onion
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 unit of egg white

How to make light tuna burgers:

  1. Before making these tuna burgers, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a bowl add the tuna cans with a fork, macerate very well, and add an egg and a white mix very well.
  3. Add the oatmeal, a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper, stir until smooth. Arrange the mixture in hamburger molds and place in the fridge for an hour until firm.
  4. After this time, cook the tuna burgers on both sides for 5 minutes until golden brown, cover to ensure that the egg cooks well.
  5. Heat the bread and assemble the light tuna burgers with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato and some onion rings, if you wish to accompany them with sauces.
