Ingredients to make Lemon Salmon:
- 5 salmon fillets
- 6 units of Lemon
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Lemon Salmon:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the lemon juice with a little mustard, salt and pepper.
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil and cook each of the fillets. Let the fish brown slightly on one side.
- Turn the salmon fillet over and add the marinade juice to finish cooking. Once the juice has reduced, turn off the heat.
- Serve the lemon salmon garnished with pine nuts and a slice of lemon. This salmon dish goes perfectly with basmati rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
