- 200 gr salmon
- 3 dried bay leaves
- 5 gr dried thyme
- 4 gr dried oregano
- 100 gr raw rice
- 20ml sunflower oil
How to make Homemade Smoked Salmon:
- Ready all the ingredients.
- Arrange aluminum foil in a pan (to prevent it from burning), add the thyme, oregano, raw rice and bay leaves.
- When the rice starts to burn, put a rack and put the salmon on top with a little oil.
- Lower the heat, cover with aluminum foil and a lid; this will prevent smoke from escaping. Let smoke for 7 minutes.
