Ingredients to make Garden Pizza:
- 400 grams of flour
- 6 tablespoons of Oil
- 18 tablespoons of milk
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green chili
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- ½ cup sliced plum tomatoes
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 3 units of Eggs
- 1½ cups of Cream of milk (300 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices of green chili
- 1 unit of chopped green pepper
- 10 units of black olives
- 3 units of mushrooms cut into slices
How to make Garden Pizza:
- To make the pizza dough, take a bowl with enough capacity and pour the milk and oil, add a pinch of salt.
- Add the previously sifted flourwith the baking powder and start mixing. Knead until it forms soft and smooth dough.
- Likewise, make sure that the rest of the ingredients are also suitable for celiac.
- Once the dough is obtained, make a ball, cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Then, knead again and spread the doughwith the help of a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- Take a round mold, like those used for quiche or tarts, and stretch the dough until it exceeds the diameter of said mold.
- Spread oil in the mold and line the base with the dough, prick it with a fork to prevent it from lightening in the oven.

- Add a little more butter to the pan, dredge the tomato slices inflour and fry them in the hot butter.
- When they are fried, let them drain on absorbent paper and distribute them on the base of the pizza.
- Sprinkle pepper to taste, add the chili, onion and chopped pepper, the washed and sliced mushrooms, and sprinkle the grated cheese all over.
- If you’ve decided to add more ingredients, spread them out before sprinkling the cheese. We, for example, will add some broccoli trees.
- Apart, beat the eggs with the milk creamand add the teaspoon of salt. Pour this mixture over the pizza trying to cover all the filling.
- Decorate with whole or sliced black olives, as you prefer.
