Ingredients to make Italian Macaroni:
- 30 cubic centimeters of Oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- ½ onion unit
- 500 grams of macaroni
- 50 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 100 grams of grated cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 kilogram of crushed natural tomato
How to make Italian Macaroni:
- Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, all finely chopped. When it begins to take color, add the tomato and season with salt, pepper, sugar and oregano. Let it cook until athick sauce is formed.
- Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling water for twenty minutes, drain and wash, draining them perfectly.
- Put a bed of macaroni in a baking dish, cover it with a little sauce and sprinkle with cheese, continue adding layers of macaroni, sauce and cheese until you finish the ingredients.
- The last layer is covered with abundant grated cheese; put the butter made into balls and cook in the oven at high temperaturefor five minutes.
- Serve the Italian macaroniaccompanied with toasted bread and bon appetite.
